How We Work
Our engagement process is structured, compliance-led, and designed to support relationships that clients and counterparties can rely upon over time.
We do not process instructions on an automated or outsourced basis. Each engagement is handled directly, from initial client acceptance through ongoing administration and, where applicable, orderly termination.
Client Acceptance
Before accepting any instruction, we conduct our own client due diligence and AML/KYC review. We assess the nature of the proposed mandate, all relevant principals and beneficial owners, the source of funds and wealth where relevant, and the purpose of the services requested.
Review of Existing Structures
Where we are asked to accept appointment in respect of an existing structure, whether as incoming trustee, replacement registered agent, or in another capacity, we conduct an independent review of records, compliance position and governance documentation before accepting the appointment. We do not assume the compliance position of an outgoing service provider.
Engagement and Onboarding
Following client acceptance, formal engagement terms are documented and agreed in writing before any services commence. Onboarding includes the collection and verification of required KYC documentation and the establishment of relevant statutory records.
Ongoing Administration
Active matters are administered through a structured internal process designed to support ongoing statutory compliance, governance obligations, and regulatory requirements. We maintain direct communication with clients and their advisers throughout the life of the engagement.
Compliance Review
All client relationships are subject to periodic, risk-based compliance review by reference to applicable regulatory requirements. Reviews may also be undertaken in response to material changes affecting a structure or at the request of a regulatory authority.
Where our compliance standards cannot be maintained, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
Fees
We offer both fixed-fee and time-based arrangements depending on the nature of the mandate. Fee structures and billing arrangements are confirmed as part of the engagement process.
