Wind-down, Realisation and Independent Oversight
Where a structure has reached the end of its operational life, or where complexity, transition, dispute, or regulatory circumstances require independent fiduciary or corporate oversight, we provide professional services calibrated to the specific circumstances.
We approach special situations with careful judgement and accept appointments selectively. Each engagement is assessed on its own terms, and we act only where we are able to maintain the independence, objectivity, and integrity that the circumstances require.
Typical Scenarios
The types of situations in which we may be appointed include:
- -Investment funds and other collective vehicles requiring orderly wind-down and asset realisation
- -Trust structures requiring a change of trustee by resignation, removal, or regulatory circumstance
- -Trust, fund, or corporate structures requiring independent oversight during periods of dispute, transition, or restructuring
- -Realisation or run-off vehicles established to hold and distribute residual assets following a principal transaction
- -Structures requiring stakeholder-neutral administration pending the resolution of a contentious matter
- -Appointment as litigation trustee, next friend, or independent fiduciary in connection with commercial litigation, trust disputes, or litigation run-off matters
